Who we are:
     CLR Choice, Inc. is a real estate information company that seeks to enhance the real estate search experience by providing the data relevant to making an informed decision.

Where we came from:
     The founding group started out with a simple question. What if we created a real estate information company that could provide more? There has never been a time in history when access to vast amounts of data has been easier.
     Given the right tools, a novice can get a wealth of information on almost any subject using the internet. We’ve spent the last few years following the trends in the real estate industry and the proliferation of tools relevant to real estate search. With over 80% of home buyers utilizing the internet in their search for a home, we decided to focus our site on the data most relevant to helping them make an informed decision.
     The real estate market is a complex area and we partner with real estate professionals to provide listings. As you explore our different data sources and begin to assess a particular area, you will be armed with the preliminary research needed to have a meaningful conversation about one of their listings. Our listings direct you to the contributing source for more details; we do not capture your information for distribution to multiple agents. You are free to research our demographic information, explore the community attributes with our interactive maps, compare communities of interest side-by-side, or click on one of the many helpful community links to explore even deeper.
     We provide the ability for you to build the ideal property profile and receive an email alert or RSS feed as properties matching your criteria become available. You decide when it’s time to contact a real estate professional about their listing.

Where we are:
     We have created a vertical search engine for real estate that makes money through advertising. There are no toll gates to collect personal information, no referral fees or commissions charged. Leads find their way to the listing source by simply clicking through to their website.
     In CLRSearch.com, we have created a data rich site that allows anyone to evaluate listings from brokers and agents around the country. Search and compare demographic information on communities that interest you, create the perfect home profile and review the listings by CLRScore. The only personal data we collect is your email (if you chose to create a profile and store data or have listings sent to you). The listings provided by our partners, as well as, brokers and agents around the country link directly to their sites. You can contact them for details on a particular listing, set up a showing at your convenience or for additional information as you narrow your search. Or, just enjoy and explore what’s out there and where. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, let us know. The real estate world is changing daily and we want to change with it. Disclosure:
     CLR Choice, Inc. still maintains ownership interest in a small traditional brokerage as a wholly owned subsidiary doing business as CLR Choice Realty, Inc. in Palm Coast, FL. While we were initially brain-storming this site, we weighed any perceived conflict against the vast amount of data and training available to the REALTOR® community and the important input of those customers into the site. We do not believe we can adequately address all the concerns of the customers, agents and brokers in a community we are not part of. CLR Choice Realty, Inc. is treated like everyone else who provides us listings, no more, no less.
